Studio Policies and Procedures
The Fine Print...

Arrival:

The studio opens 15 minutes before class starts.
Arrive 5-10 minutes early to get set up.
The doors are locked once class starts. Call 508-827-4246 to let us know if you are running late.

What to Wear/Bring:

Come dressed in comfortable clothes that you can move in. Yoga shorts or pants and a tank top are best for heated classes. Layers and cozy socks are best for yin and restore classes.
All classes require a yoga mat. You can bring your own or rent one at the studio for $2.00.
We also recommend bringing a face towel and a water bottle. Face towels are available to rent for $1.00. A water machine is complimentary for refills, or you can purchase a Poland Springs Bottle for $2.00.
Blocks, straps, bolsters, blankets, bands, and weights are available free of charge for use during class.
We have a shower available. Bring a towel, or rent one for $1.00.

Waitlist:

Fear not, brave waitlist warrior! We will try our best to get you into class.
If you have been moved from the waitlist to the class, you will get an email or text notification up to 1 hour before the class starts. Ensure your Evoke Power Wellness App notifications enable you to receive emails and texts so you don’t miss out!
If you are on the waitlist and realize you cannot attend the class, please remove yourself from the waitlist to give others the opportunity to join.

Class Cancellation and No-Shows:

LATE CANCEL: Please cancel 6 hours before class so we can open the spot to someone else. Currently, there is no penalty for a late cancellation, but this may affect your ability to reserve classes in the future.
NO-SHOW: You are allowed 2 no-shows a year; after that, you will be charged for each additional class you miss.
